Nowhere in Somewhere

Scrolling through Facebook. Using my phone.
Inside my room. Inside an apartment/hostel.
In Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
I saw two things. About people close to my heart.

My Bestari 2 senior, living his big dream to soar his wings & break through the clouds & blue sky. A pilot in the making.

My best buddy, bringing the hope & pride of a nation to the top of the world, literally. Physically stronger day after day.

They've been somewhere. Somewhere high & tall enough to see the world in a different perspective.

Me? I'm still here. In a place with initial nothing.
Will it end with something?
Something good or bad?
Only time will tell.

Rabbi yassir wala tu'assir ya karim.

Jalan Genuang <-----> Tanjung Agas

From Segamat to Muar (or should I say Ledang).
From being in the same class to being separated (even in terms of sports houses).
From different range of behaviours & experties.
All are harmonised into one.
Still standing strong. Together.

Two O One Four: New Story

Greetings, guys...

Alright, I'm going to make this as simple as possible although it should have a significant role as my first blog post for 2014. But, whatever lah kan.. :P

OK, so here we go. By the time I'm writing (typing actually) this particular article, it has been my third week as a student in Poly-Tech MARA College (soon to be a university) in KL (well, another KL life). Taking a step backward from the supposed plan, I'm taking Diploma program in TESL (Google it yourself), which explains why I'm having this blog post in full English (sorry for any grammar mistake occurred).
As usual, any new study life would be initiated or started with orientation week which started on January 8, but as I went through the week here, an apparent difference can be felt: the facilitators are cooler than those I met in previous sessions in different places. They didn't scream & yell like a mad military officer, & scolded in a serious but calm way. As I reached the last day of orientation, I experience perhaps a rare opportunity no one else get: missed the last bus back to the hostel.
But, worry no more. As always, every cloud has its silver lining, & so I found that lining during the incident which was getting the chance to get to know some of the facilitators up close & personal.
I was great to see a different side of them that I couldn't witness for the past few days. They even danced like mentally damaged patients who ran away from Tanjung Rambutan (they asked me to keep this as a secret. :P) Anyway, we had a bonding session that turned out to be really cheerful (not to mention I got some of their phone numbers as some sort of guidance).

In the end, life goes on as usual. Classes & lectures are on their way. Room-mate & house-mates keep on doing their daily antics, & I'm here to rise with the fallen. To walk & run with my head held high after trembling on an obstacle.

My mission right now: Study. Just study.

Harap maklum, terima kasih. :)
